what name was the account registered in? I can login to your control panel and check it out. If you have accessed the web site have been adding photos perhaps you didn't resize them and put up photos that are 2-3 megabytes that will kill your site really fast! Takes up a lot of space and makes them load so slow sometimes they don't load at all.

Get me the account contact I will login and check it out. Could be a bug on our end. We have some HUGE software updates launching around the 1st of the year!

I am sure you are right regarding picture size. I will read the other messages regarding resizing and try to fix it. I appreciate your reply. Our site is Jeff Mann. thanks again Jewel

I went in and reset your site and cleaned up some things. You should be all set! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks

thanks for cleaning it up. I tried to place a picture on thr Home page, however I resize it prior to putting it on there and its still too big. I want to delete it but unable. Funny thing it doesnt show up on the website, only in the editing. I am currently looking into phtotshop so I can stitch pictures together and place in the heading.. Jewel

try resizing it to like 500 pixels wide then try uploading it again by clicking insert picture then browsing for the file.

what you need to do is RENAME this file to a different file name then the one you already put on

so if you put on "railingcorner.jpg" then it was still to big resize it again but rename the file to "railingcorner2.jpg" because if you try to upload the same file again the software thinks its the same file and won't upload the new one even tho its different so simply change the file name and it will accept it.
