problem registering

I started to register my site a few days ago and just looked at overall prices, but now when I try to register it, it tells me I already have an account with my name. It wont let me log in either, it says the page cant be found. I just talked to someone from here on the phone earlier today and said everything was good but i just now relized I cant get on

The problem is you started to register then closed the window and DIDN'T finish the sign up process. What happens is your information is stored and the system will not allow 2 of the same emails to be used. We realize you didn't actully sign up the first time but its a 2 step process and you finished the first step just not the 2nd which is paying.

DON'T WORRY ITS NOT A PROBLEM

here is what you do

Try signing up like you haven't done it before and simply use a DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS and the system will accept it. If you don't have another email address you can use hit up yahoo.com and setup a new one it takes 2 seconds.

that should solve the problem!
